Education Verification Requests & Transcript Requests

For any inquiries regarding an Education Verification or Transcript Request please submit them Via Fax to us at (915)881-4014. Please be sure to provide the following information with your submission:

• Student’s Name
• Employer’s Name
• Date of Birth
• Last 4 of Student’s SSN
• Approximate Dates of Attendance
• Copies of Student’s Authorization for Release of Information (Must Include Signature)

Please note if any of the above noted information is not provided your request may be rejected.
